Once the chip and the USB port are properly touching again you will see the receiver show up in the Mac Systems USB panel and in Logitech Control Center, as others pointed out. You can confirm this by removing logitech, then plugging in another usb mouse or something and refreshing the System Information. Oddly, when the keyboard is connected through the mouse port on the kvm switch, it works fine on the Mac (but then of course, some mice do not work, such as the ergoomic Evoluent C that I use a standard Mac mouse does work that way). All functionality works including the accessory buttons IE: volume up & down. Im now using a cheap Gear Head (KB5125W) keyboard mouse combo that I got on sale from Frys (I think it was less than 12). ![]() IOGEAR does not provide support information for wireless mice and keyboards because so many of them do not support working with KVM switches. I also had the same problem between Logitech and Iogear KVM switches. ![]() The drivers are probably fine but idle since they don’t see the USB hardware for Logitech. IOGEAR KVM switches do work with a significant number of wireless mice and keyboards, but in general, most wireless mice and keyboards do not support working with KVM switches. The system information is showing that the hardware is not being detected. ![]()
